Michael A. Boggio III

Michael Boggio has been the entertainment industry for 17 years, primarily the music industry, and worked, managed and toured with many up-and-coming rock 'n' roll acts. His artists have been on tour and shared the stage with artists such as Motley Crue, Uncle Kracker, Kid Rock, Tesla, Bon Jovi, Def Leppard, Stained and many more.

In 2012 Michael ventured into the movie industry and was the Executive Producer on his first film, "Cut/Print," a psychological thriller filmed in Michigan. It was filmed with the plans of going straight to DVD, online sales and digital distribution. The movie's distribution company decided to take the movie theatrical instead and it had a long successful run in threatres.

Michael graduated from Lawrence Technological University with a degree in Architecture. He then started his career in architecture and general contracting, working on every phase of the development of the developer's projects. Michael has been involved with the design of the projects, working with the communities to get the projects through all of the necessary site plan approvals.

Michael then takes the projects from design concept to the construction document phase, taking into consideration the developers budgets, all of the pertinent building codes and zoning code requirements. Once this phase is completed he then takes the final construction documents to the bid phase.

Michael has been a successful general contractor for more than 15 years, building projects have ranged from residential, retail, office, to 350,000 S.F. manufacturing plant, etc.

Michael S. O'Donnell

Michael O'Donnell started his carrier in 1973 as a stage hand at KCOP TV 13 in Los Angeles. What was a summer job blossomed into a productive 40-year career.

Mr. O'Donnell has been involved in the production of countless films and television productions, including: Jerry McGuire, Hidalgo, Minority Report, Alias, Three Rivers, The Cape, Disturbia, Eagle Eye, Taking Lives, JFK, Spiderman 2, Terminator 3, Hell's Kitchen, Pirates of the Caribbean 2 & 3 and many more.

In addition, Mr. O'Donnell is a writer and producer. His vision within the industry is extensive and his ability to manage large teams and control production costs is highly respected in the industry.

Although Mr. O'Donnell has been in charge of multi-million dollar projects, he has not lost his sensitivity to the needs of maintaining schedules, mitigating costs and motivating everyone around him with respect and professionalism. His ability to establish long-term relationships with vendors makes Michael a great resource in any business.

He has also maintained long-term relationships with other top professionals in the Film, Television, and Music industries such as Bruce Hendricks, former President of Production at Walt Disney Studios; Art Repola, one of the founding members of Industrial Light and Magic; and directors such as D.J Carusso, Steven Spielberg, Gary Marshal, and many others.

Mr. O'Donnell is a graduate of UCLA and the son of TV anouncer Charlie O'Donnell, who is best known for American Bandstand, Wheel of Fortune, and The Acadamy Awards.

Debra Muller

Debra Muller has been involved in many forms of the music business since 1994. Starting out as a club promoter at some of NJ’s biggest venues and then moved on to management, working with Guitar Center's "King of the Blues" season one winner, Matt O'Ree (Ex-Bon Jovi). In 2005, she joined Fuchs Audio Technology as the Director of Artist Relations/Marketing where she built their roster with artists such as Gregg Allman, Devon Allman, Coy Bowles & Clay Cook (Zach Brown Band), Al Di Meola, Jimmy Herring (Wide Spread Panic), Warren Haynes, Mark Karan (Rat Dog), Joe Bonamassa, Rick Nielsen (Cheap Trick), Paul Jackson Jr. (The Tonight Show), Kenny Wayne Shepherd, Dweezil Zappa, Matt Schofield, Zach Myers (Shinedown), Troy McLawhorn (Evanesence), Joel Stroetzel and Adam Dutkiewicz (Killswitch Engage), Luther Dickinson (The Black Crowes, North Mississippi All-Stars), Boosty Collins, Nick Catanese (Black Label Society), Eric Gales and many more.

Debra spent the better part of 10 years travelling the country and catering to her artists, setting up and attending sponsored events, doing trade shows and attending concerts & festivals, networking and establishing relationships with media, instrument manufacturers, carting companies, etc., but decided that Artist Development and Management is where her heart lies and joined Michael Entertainment Group in 2015.

Debra is also our resident computer wiz, having spent 20 years working in the IT industry as a IT Project and Technical Support Manager for major corporations such as AT&T, Merck, Johnson & Johnson, Lucent Technologies, Sherring-Plough and Quest Diagnostics. She understands social networking, web development and the importance of it in today's music industry.
